Ana Alongi

Ana Alongi is an affiliate member of the Gaffney team. Ana is president of the Alongi Agency, Inc, providing consulting and educational services in Employee Benefits Management and personal and corporate career development on a national basis.

Ana has facilitated and developed workshops, seminars and implemented programs to large and small corporations as well as individualized instruction in career development strategies and personal growth. She has worked with numerous organizations throughout the country.

Ana co-owned and operated a successful independent Insurance Agency for over 15 years. Her responsibilities included marketing, sales managment, recruitment, retention of employees, training, assessments and benefit planning.

She has a BS degree in Education. Ana has written and developed continuing education material specifically designed for the insurance field and co-authored texts for the insurance industry.

Ana has received numerous awards includilng Women in Business, Business Associate of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year Award. She has served on the Board of Directos for the United Way, Crime Stopeers, Family Services and Community Safety Coalition. Ana has been appointed by the govenor of Wisconsin as a member of the State medical Mediation Panel.
