Elaine Hand is an affiliate member of the Gaffney team. Elaine is owner and president of JMT Strategies, Inc, providing consulting services in Human Resources, Career Development, Marketing and Sales on a national basis.

Elaine has facilitated workshops and conducted seminars on basic management, stratedic planning, internal and external customer service, time management, sales and sales management, team building, leadership, motivation and employment assessment strategies. She has worked with numerous industries including manufacturing, banking, accounting, retail, legal and social services. She has spoken at national conferences for the banking, credit counseling, accounting, manufacturing and collection agency industries.

Elaine worked in the banking industry for 20 years where her job responsibilities included recruitment and retention of employees, training, assessments, benefit planning, government regulations, retail and commercial development, marketing , sales and management.

Elaine has an Associates Degree in Accounting and certifications from the University of Colorado in Human Resources and Marketing.

She has been honored with numerous awards including the National Volunteer of the Year for the YMCA, Business Woman of the Years and the President's Award for the Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the Board of Directors for the United Way, Crime Stoppers and the YMCA.
