Holly Katz is an affiliate member of the Gaffney team. Holly is president of Pathways Consulting, LLC, providing human resources consulting solutions that drive company performance to corporations on a national basis.

Holly has consulted with numerous organizations to implement programs in areas including compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment and organizational design, morale issues, orientation programs, exit interviews, executive coaching and career and leadership development.

Holly served in leadership roles in human resources for over 15 years, most recently as the Vice President of Human Resources for FastWeb, a division of Monster.com. Her responsibilities included executive and employee coaching, base salary structure and incentive compensation design, development of performance management initiatives, implementation of an orientation program, facilitation of career development workshops, recruitment, development of company communications plan including a new employee handbook to support the organization’s culture, and personnel law compliance. Holly continues to work for FastWeb in a consulting capacity.

Holly has an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and has completed master’s level secondary coursework in counseling and psychology.

Holly has addressed professional gatherings on the subject of Human Resources. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, the American Compensation Association, Technology People Leaders, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Association of Psychological Type.
