Mary Jane Ewing is an affiliate member of the Gaffney team. Mary Jane, PHR, President of Human Management Solutions, specializes in comprehensive Human Resource consulting through a partnership with business owners and managers to recruit, develop and manage their human resources to meet strategic objectives. Programs included human resource audits, senior management counseling and transitioning, effective hiring and retention strategies and individual and group outplacment assistance.

As Senior Human Resource Generalist for a Fortune 500 company, Mary Jane participated in succession planning and leadership training for mid and senior level managers. As a founding member of the Human Resource Consortium of Central Pennsylvania and Marlyand, she has helped develop a presentation to business on Managing People Effectively for a Competitive Advantage.

Mary Jane is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers, The Rotary Club and was selected as Business Woman of the Year by the Washington County, MD Chamber of Commerce. She has served on both the Chamber of Commerce Board and the United Way Board of Directors.
