Corporate Change ProcessesOperating under the premise that in today's marketplace change is the only absolute certainty, Gaffney Corporate Strategies assists company leaders with tools and techniques needed by them as they experience the challenges of change. Change is more effective when the change process is planned and managed. A successful change effort requires persistence, leadership and commitment to the process. It is critical that the desired outcome of the change effort is clearly understood. With the implementation of custom-designed programs developed in conjunction with organizational leaders, GCS works initially with the executive team and management helping them become change and transition agents. Organizational leaders are continually faced with making decisions under turbulent conditions. It is crucial that these individuals are guided in developing the appropriate systems and coaching techniques required of corporate change masters and mentors as they direct the company's course of action. GCS consults with and coaches leadership, and facilitates workshops that incorporate the processes needed to create an integrated systemic approach for the organization. Change requires that all stakeholders within a change environment are included in the process. GCS conducts surveys, focus groups, workshops, and administers assessments within the organization. |
