Leadership DevelopmentRecognizing that effective leaders possess a high-degree of self- awareness in order to achieve results with and through the efforts of other people, Gaffney Corporate Strategies works with organizational leaders in assessing and building on individual strengths. Leadership development is accomplished through one-on-one coaching interactions and/or group sessions. Critical leadership skills are determined and a customized leadership base line is developed for the individual as it relates to the organization. Formal and informal assessments are administered including but not limited to MBTI, DISC, and 360 feedback establishing current levels of mastery and developmental gaps.
